The sentence "The check digit is calculated by 10 - (s mod 10)." is not correct. If 's' is a multiple of 10 then the formula result is 10, which is not a digit. To add to the negative comments on this page, the given algorithm fails on my 16-digit Visa card. Either the algorithm is wrong or Visa doesn't use it. This should be sorted out. Incidentally, the different "Luhn algorithm" on [https://www.freeformatter.com/credit-card-number-generator-validator.html#howToValidate this page] does work.
