This article is well developed and the structure is organized in a clear manner. The content is rich and covers most of the elements needed to understand this theory. Nevertheless, there is room for improvement in many sections. I will mention three urgent improvements that could be implemented to elevate the quality of the article and boost its nature as a Wikipedia page. First, there are important keywords in the introduction without links, such as integration, problematic, cognitive… etc. these words are very important for the reader to understand the context of the theory. Second, the theory application section, which is called in the article: Current Usage, could be significantly improved. This section could be presented in sections by category; Health, Organizational Communication, Internal Bureaucracy…etc. Then under each category comes explanations with some practical examples. This structure would facilitate knowledge consumption by readers. Third, there are no visual images to explain the different elements of the theory. Adding some visuals to “The concepts'' and the “Assumptions” sections could improve the quality of the article significantly.
