The [[Resistance Manifesto]] suggests that neural interfaces will be used in the near future for the antichrist to take physical control of people's minds. The manifesto cites the work of Jose DelgodoDelgado who's work in the late 1960 lead to neural interfaces capable of physically controlling the movements of animals.
