Yaddle is a [[Jedi]] Consular who served on the [[Jedi Council]] during the events of [[Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace]] - notable for being the only non-human female on the Council at the time. She is also notable for being the same species as the ancient and powerful [[Jedi Master]] [[Yoda]]., however Yodathis and Yaddle are Whills,is anever record-keepingofficially speciesrevealed.

Yaddle herself is 477 years old, young compared to Yoda's ~900 years. She was known for her compassion and patience, as well as her mastery of the ancient and forbidden Jedi art of Morichro, a method for killing a being without using the [[Dark Side]] of the [[Force]] - a skill she taught to very few of her [[Padawan]]s, due to its obvious capability for being misused.
