*'''Delete''' There is a lot of potentially good information in this article, but I agree that this looks like original research in the form of synthesis of disparate sources (see [[WP:SYNTH]] for details). Of the general references mentioned, only the Feng paper superficially appears to deal with risk in the context of cloud computing.
