For example the "nytimes.com/2019/09/11/technology/california-gig-economy-bill.html" source never mentions this strike, so claiming that this strike led to that legislation is disallowed WP:OR.
The March 25, 2019 strike took place only in Los Angeles. That correction was made. There is no press saying otherwise. Clarifications backed up by published articles were made related to the May 8 Strike.
