All around it is a pretty cool page. Is this intended to be moved to the Wikipedia: namespace? If that is the case there should be no recommendation to update ones monobook to the same as you have—though I do not doubt the integrity of those tools, and it seems like you keep this stuff in your subpages anyway. I also think it could use some more descriptive links, even if the link seems obvious. For example, under [[User:The Transhumanist/Tools#Bots|Tools#Bots]], change the text "Types" to "Types of bots" (as the link suggests).
And a question: you are working on providing brief descriptions of each tool you have listed?
