Google Books copies of these two publications don't show page numbers, so I can't rely on the previews for citations. I'm hoping an actual PDF or print scan copy will have them. These two sources cover a 2005 case of the [[Constitutional Court of Indonesia]] that mandates the government to spend 20 percent of its budget on education. In the 2018 source, it might be in the chapter titled "A heroic social leadership", but I can't be certain. The information in the 2020 source should be in the chapter I indicated, but, again, I can't be certain without seeing it.
