Christopher Deshon Oliver, better known as Jolly B the Trainer, is a prominent figure in the fitness and mental health field in Baltimore, Maryland. He was born on December 20, 1988, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, at DCH Regional Hospital. Oliver attended and graduated from ALICEVILLE Alabama before signing a four-year football scholarship to Miles College.
During his time at Miles College, Oliver majored in History and excelled both academically and athletically. He became the captain of the college's football team, leading them to their first conference championship. His outstanding achievements earned him the prestigious Birmingham citizenship award. In 2010, Oliver graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History. His football career lead him to play in the Arena Football League which landed him a opportunity to try out for the Baltimore Ravens 2013.
After his football career, Oliver turned to education and taught History at Silver Oak Academy in WestMinister, Maryland. He quickly assumed a leadership role as a GL Lead staff member. However, his passion for fitness led him to pursue a career in that field.
Oliver became a Master Trainer and Nutritionist, utilizing his knowledge and expertise to help individuals achieve their fitness goals. His dedication to promoting overall well-being led him to venture into the field of mental health. He became a Certified Life Coach and Counselor, specializing in helping individuals combat depression, anxiety, body dysmorphia, ADD, ADHD, and PTSD.
In November 2019, Oliver opened Innergy Transformation Studio, a 12-month program that utilizes fitness as a tool to address mental health challenges. Through this program, he has made a significant impact in the Baltimore community, offering support and guidance to adults, children, and the homeless population.
Oliver is highly regarded and recognized as Baltimore's favorite trainer due to his commitment to improving the lives of others through physical and mental wellness. He is the Author of the Book Entitled (Post Workout: Understanding Life through the power of self reflection) His community activities and dedication to making a positive difference have solidified his reputation as an influential figure in Baltimore, Maryland.
