Unfortunately this is the main problem, it's just plain terrible. They are known to sell software to clients while in full knowledge that they are just about to obsolete it. For example this has happened with both DonorStrategy and Cloud Engage, software solutions aimed at charities. The result is that the charity is left with a lame duck and the necessity of replacing their system a few years later.

Attempting to contact anyone within Advanced is an exercise in futility, usually failing at the receptionist. As for emails, they just seem to disappear into aether.
