I only meant to reply to the questions about what is an IEEE magazine, how much peer-review, etc. and tried to limit myself to factual data and references you might find useful. I added the vote to "Keep" the page as an afterthought, my bad. I think both reasons I gave are valid as is the fact that many similar pages have been approved, but I leave that up to all of you.
