Current arrangement does not warn the user of the possibility of copyright infringement or Wikipedia standards of close paraphrasing problems until after the fact, which is embarrassing at best, and at worst has cost us a lot of potentially good contributors who are not used to the over the top requirements on Wikipedia. We need a way to specify a source and check if an edit is compliant before saving.
