The issue with UNDUE hasn't been resolved, because due weight is based on coverage in reliable sources about "programming languages" in general. Many languages do have a standard library, but that fact by itself doesn't mean that it's DUE to cover them extensively in this high-level overview. "Natural language programming" never took off the ground, and the content about it is also UNDUE.
