*[[Eastern Air Lines Flight 935]], a [[Lockheed L-1011 TriStar]], on September 22, 1981. Suffered an uncontained failure of the No. 2 engine on takeoff from Newark, New Jersey. The crew were able to land the aircraft safely at [[John F.
