'''Beedlebaum''': A mishearing of "[[Feitlebaum]]," the winner of a horse race narrated in a song (a version of the [[William Tell Overture]]) produced by a band, [[Spike Jones]] and the City Slickers, in the 1940's. The distinctive final phrase of the song, "Fei-tle-baum" is sung in bass voice in two descending notes.
