Reverted 1 edit by Farkle Griffen (talk): This article is not about equivalence or congruence, it is about arithmetic, that is, operations in some number system. Moreover, a notation that is not always used is not convenient in a hatnote (many people use simply = after having stated they work in a quotient ring)
