Badi-uz-zaman was born in khata khel>Shamshi Khel>yousafzai family in village Taal ,swat state ex nwfp in arround early 19th century .his family moved to hazara village in last swat state migration system 1924. His father name was Mishkars grandfather was Noor dad khan, great grandfather name was khashi .badi-uz-zaman’s father mishkar was an officer in indian British army who died in WW2 and was honoured with Victoria Cross for his seevices and sacrifices for the nation . Mishkar’s sons Bardi zaman and Wahid zaman were given scholarships in mission school peshawer.wahid completed his bachelor degree and joined British Indian army as a commissioned officer just a few years before splitting British India into indo-pak. Badri-zaman had interest in religious education, he left mission school and started Islamic studies in Persian language. A few years later wahid zaman permanently settled in India and never came back .
For the next 10 years badi-uzzaman only focused on his Persian and islamic studies and became a master of the language. He spread his knowledge of percian to uncountable students. He was offered the role of the head of the department of parsi in Darrul ullom swat but he denied because of his busy schedule with His students. According to him he had memorised 3000 persian ashaar. He was author of more the 1000 ashaar but unfortunately he could not publish them and his family lost all this valuable poetry In a house demolition without publishing.
