WhileRonald Hugh Barker whilst less publicly known than contemporaries such as AlecAlan ReevesTurin (theoretical computing), Tommy Flowers (Colossus) or DonaldAlec Davies,Reeves Ronald(pulse-code Hughmodulation) Barkerhe played a key pioneering role in the early development of British digital communications.
