It was also awarded "Affordable Luxury Development of the Year" at the Pillars of Real Estate Awards 2024. In July 2024, Leos International (Leos Developments) entered into a two-year sleeve sponsorship partnership with English Premier League club AFC Bournemouth. Under this agreement, the Leos logo appears on the sleeve of the men’s first-team kits (home, away, and third) for the 2024–25 and 2025–26 seasons.
In January 2024, the company launched its third Dubai project, Cavendish Square, located in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT). The development consists of 138 studio and one-bedroom units. Within days of launch, over 95% of the units had been sold. Construction officially began in August 2024.
