In July 2024, Leos International entered into a two-year sleeve sponsorship partnership with [[Premier League|English Premier League]] club [[AFC Bournemouth]]. In January 2024, the company launched its third Dubai project, Cavendish Square, located in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT). The development consists of 138 studio and one-bedroom units. Within days of launch, over 95% of the units had been sold. Construction officially began in August 2024.
