This template, {{tl|IPA}}, currently does not have an option to disable links to relevant IPA help pages. For example, <code><nowiki>{{IPA|fr|asdf|}}</nowiki></code> {{arrow|r}} {{IPA|fr|asdf|}}. The link goes to [[Help:IPA/French]] and the link cannot be disabled. Should there be an option to disable such links?
