Hi Q-bit array, I've been working with {{u|Alexbarbershop}} lately. He is currently unable to access [[WP:TWL|Wikipedia Library]] resources because you blocked him on ruwiki (a wiki where he hasn't been active) a few years ago for a username violation. I assume this is because of "barbershop" in his username? That is a pun on his last name (Barber) and not advertising for any business.
