Banned user Billy Ego is back, and identifiable by behavior alone. David Gerard checkusered the top one, employing the words "UUnet national dialup" and "/10." I didn't want to disappoint him with my lack of technical knowledge, especially as he was busy anyways and was going out of his way to check it, but I don't know what either of those means.
