Ringo Starr ha dichiarato che il titolo è inspirato dal fatto che la città di [[liverpool]] sarà nel [[2008]] la [[Capitale europea della cultura]]. Il 4 Dicembre la title-track sarà rilasciata come singolo per il download digitale e il 12 Gennaio Ringo Starr terrà un concerto a Liverpool per presentare l'album.
