Okay updated the template metadata for cite journal. Here you can see the output by the content translation tool... [[Utente:Doc James/Edema polmonare ad alta quota]] Of course the Italia text is no good as it is a machine translation, but you will notice that the citation journal templates came through well and the English items within the template were automatically switched to their Italian equivalent.
