A volte il gesto dei Three Percenters è stato confuso con il gesto di OK, spesso usato dai suprematisti bianchi nelle campagne di trolling per formare le lettere "W" e "P" ("[[Potere bianco|White Power]]"). Stando all'ADL, i Three Percenters non sono tipicamente suprematisti bianchi e spesso usano un gesto con la mano per simboleggiare il loro movimento, estendendo le dita medio, anulare e mignolo per rappresentare il numero romano "3".
