Most of them begin with [[Template:Inuse]], and a few have had the tag on them for days. That template is usually on articles for a few hours at the longest, when editors are making repeated edits to a page and edit conflicts may occur when others try to edit. It is not for marking articles "incomplete" or trying to prevent other editors from editing them. When you leave <nowiki>{{inuse}}</nowiki> tags on articles for days on end and make no edits, you might give others the impression that you're claiming that you "[[Wikipedia:Ownership of articles\|own]]" the articles, which is not how Wikipedia works. Also, you may want to take a look at [[Wikipedia:How to edit a page]], which will show you how to create links and formatted text so your articles are not just chunks of text.
