The CorelDraw suite includes Corel OCR-Trace wich is missing from the comparative list. == GRASS OSS missing ==
The opensource GIS package GRASS (http://grass.itc.it) also provides basic raster to vector conversions. I would simply ad it, but I'm not to sure about all the features it supports, or even if it is relevant to this collection of software packages.
