Line 19: Windows Xp Service Pack 2 Limits the number of half open connections you can have at one time to 10, however there is a patch available http://www.lvllord.de/ that will allow you to increase this number to a more reasonable one like 50. ~~Hey people, put a link on here of where a patch is, or tell how to get it to 50.~~
