You can have a positive view of the subject of the article, as well as you adhere to Wikipedia's policy of keeping a [[WP:NPOV \| neutral point of view]] throughout. I don't believe [[WP:COI]] applies here. I personally wouldn't mind a sub-section somewhere in this article about combining refactoring with testing, but perhaps [[extreme programming]] is a better article to go for.
