The death of [[Ibn Rushd]] effectively marks the end of a particular discipline of Islamic philosophy usually called ''Peripatetic Arabic School''.; Philosophicaland philosophical activity declined significantly in the Islamic lands in the West namely in Spain and North Africa though it held for much longer in the Eastern lands mainly Iran.
 
After Ibn Rushd, new disciples in Islamic Philosophy arose out. we can mention just some few like ''[[Ibn Arabi]], [[Suhrawardi]] ''and'' [[Mulla Sadra]]''.these new schools are very important, because there are still the main disciples followed in Islamic World.
