'''Goskomtrud''' ([[Russian language|Russian]]: Госкомтруд) was the State Committee for Labour and Social Problems in the former [[Soviet Union]]. It dealt with labour relations and wage issues. The Committee which formally belonged to the [[Council of Ministers of the USSR]] was created in [[1955]] by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the [[USSR]] [[May 24]], [[1955]].
