==Gameplay==
Potemkin's fighting style is based on his ability to crush the opponent with only a few hits (and potentially dizzy the opponent). One of his best moves is his Potemkin Buster, a command throw move that has excellent range (for a throw) and comes out very quickly - so quickly, it's possible to Potemkin Buster the opponent during their attack string, however, this requires excellent timing or the use of instant blocking. He is the only character in the series who cannot air dash or ground dash forward (though he can dash backward, hethis also hasis, by a large margin, the best backdash in the game). He has various tools to help compensate for his poor mobility and weakness to keepaway games. Such as F.D.B., a flick maneuver that reflects projectiles back as a shockwave, or Slide Head, a move that will knock down any non-arial opponent from any portion of the screen. He also has a fairly good, but untraditional mixup game. In which your best choices are to backdash or block, which Potemkin can counter with one of his many horizontal pokes or his command throw.
