==Wikipedia as legal dictionary==
I am wondering if Wikipedia should be a legal dictionary. A look at [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Law_stubs] reveals that dozens, if not hundreds, of the stubs are law Latin and other definitions. I think some of these would be much better off in a dictionary like Wiktionary. However, some terms that seem simple (eg "Plaintiff") have short articles that perhaps prove that some seemingly simple words do need articles in Wikipedia.

However I think some of the things in Law_stubs need to be moved to Wiktionary. Other things should have the stub label removed. I started tagging some of the articles afd; however after seeing how many articles are involved here, I was wondering if I am way off-base and if any other Wikipedians have thoughts on this.
