Line 44:

A subcourse enrollment is accomplished by applying for a list of your selected subcourses (up to 25 subcourses from those listed in ACCP Catalog Chapter 3). You receive and complete subcourses until you have exhausted your list, or you submit a new list of subcourses and continue your enrollment. AIPD's standard for a subcourse enrollment is that you must complete 30 credit hours or exhaust your subcourse list within one year. This year is referred to as your "enrollment year" and begins on the date your application is processed at AIPD's computers. Your enrollment notice , as well as any other notification you receive on an ATSC Form 157 during your enrollment, will have your enrollment year ending (EYE) date printed on it. Also check your personal enrollment information on your notice for discrepancies. This is the time to fix any errors in your name spelling, social security number, or school code.
