Following a block of {{checkuser|134.240.241.2}} (see [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/IncidentArchive494#Anonymous_vandals_gaming_the_system] for the reasons), the vandal started impersonating me (see [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/IncidentArchive495#User_impersonating_an_administrator_.28URGENT.29])The block of the IP address was modified to prevent account creation, but the vandal has found another IP address to vandalise from. Recent edits on my talk page indicate that although he is stopping for Christmas, he will be continuing [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3AStephenBuxton&diff=256657710&oldid=256650125]. All the above socks have been blocked, but he obviously can still create accounts. Can you see where he is operating from, and take the appropriate action? Thanks! Initially raised at [[Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Harassment_of_admin|ANI]], these IPs may be using open proxies or anonymizers to harass and out Gwen Gale or otherwise disrupt her ARBCOM run. On the chance that they aren't all open-proxies or one of them got sloppy, I think we should run a checkuser to find out which account is using these to harass one of our admins--odds are the people making these edits (check deleted contributions) are not new to wikipedia.
