Asked to explain change and discuss before editing by myself[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Waraji&diff=next&oldid=250326683] and warned by another[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3AWaraji&diff=251377089&oldid=251221326]. I have attempted to converse with [[User talk:Waraji|Waraji]] without any response about his previous peremptory and malicious editing of user boxes. He or she has not responded except to repeatedly engage in the same disruptive behavior.
