'''Roderick Dhu Sutherland''' ([[April 27]], [[1862]]– – [[October 18]], [[1915]]) was a [[Nebraska]] [[Populist Party (United States)|Populist]] [[politician]].

Sutherland was born in [[Scotch Grove, Iowa]] and attended [[Amity College]], [[College Springs, Iowa]]. He taught school and studied law, being admitted to the [[bar (law)|bar]] in 1888. He set up practice in [[Nelson, Nebraska]], becoming the prosecuting attorney of [[Nuckolls County, Nebraska|Nuckolls County]] 1890 until 1896.
