This article contains a list of terms, acronyms, and information related to military Modeling and Simulation. This glossary is based on DoD 5000.59-M<ref>"[[Department of Defense]] Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Glossary", DoD 5000.59-M, [[Department of Defense]], 1998 [http://www.dtic.mil/whs/directives/corres/pdf/500059m.pdf]</ref> and its intention is to build upon, expand, and capture authoritative information.

The format of the articlethe glossary entries is [[Comma Separated Values]] (CSV) format and has the following fields:

* Acronym/Term (required)

* Acronyms Expansion (optional - include a space if not used)

* Definition (optional - include a space if not used)

* Authoritative Source (required)

* Links (required)

* Notes (optional - include a space if not used; separate links with spaces)

Care should be taken so as to keep the integrity of the above format.
