:Those look very good. Although I can't find exact dimensions, it seems to me that the stars on the VCoS flag should be smaller, making the flag less crowded; in the images on the Army website I linked to (although they are tiny, I think I would trust them since the images are made and hosted by the Army) the stars appear about the same size as the round crest above the eagle's head. I also found [http://www.ndu.edu/nwc/nwcCLIPART/US_ARMY/Key_Leaders/usa-key-leaders.html this webpage] which has a few more larger examples, if that helps with any of these.
