:(e/c)As for G1-3, if they're at all like me, admins and taggers arearen't constantly flipping back and forth between newpages and the CSD policy to see what the exact wording of the criteria say. While not all vandalism is nonsense, most nonsense could be considered vandalism; the only difference being the lack of an assumption of good faith, which usually isn't obvious just by reading the page (and if there is an assumption of good faith, then it could qualify as a test page).
