Line 1: March 3, 2009 [[MontaVista Software]] announced a new online embedded Linux community called ~~{{url =~~ [http://meld.mvista.com~~/home.aspx~~ \|Meld ~~title = Meld}}~~Community] to assist embedded developers in connecting, sharing and designing embedded products. This community is open to anyone and thereby not MontaVista exclusive. Meld differs from traditional open source projects (kernel.org, busybox, gnu, etc.), where developers collaborate to drive a particular Linux technology forward, in that it is a place for developers to discuss how different Linux technologies work together for embedded devices.
