#I've an MA in Computer Science and a BS in Math. Critiques, strongly worded or otherwise, didn't come up much at that level. Last time I was a student was 30 years ago, though, so the question isn't particularly relevant.
#A Code of Conduct is a good idea, but I think it needs to be a lot more general. Arbitrators should recuse themselves from cases that they feel they cannot be impartial in, and other arbitrators should ask them to recuse if they don't figure it out themselves.
