[[Christian Monyk]], the coordinator of SECOQC, said people and organizations in [[Austria]], [[Belgium]], the [[United Kingdom]], [[Canada]], the [[Czech Republic]], [[Denmark]], [[France]], [[Germany]], [[Italy]], [[Russia]], [[Sweden]], and [[Switzerland]] would participate in the project.
