someone who knows the truth check the edit by (17:00, 1 December 2005 70.23.27.61) where he/she changed a single date from 1890 to 1892. The edit is in the sentance: "The SI second that is counted by atomic time standards has been defined in such a way that its length matched the nominal second of 1/86400 of a mean solar day between 1750 and 1892." It is in the "Reason for..." category. There was no reason given why the date was changed in the first place. I've noticed that vandals try to change dates like this because they are hard to spot.
