As per personal attacks, I admit I have made some, but IMO I have behaved far better here on the wiki than would be expected in an in-person volunteer environment. Think about the number of edits I have made with every talk page soundbyte vulnerable to later rehashing. For over 30,000 edits, I'd say I'm doing very good.
