:What about "::", "->", and "--"? (and indeed "|", ">>=", ">>" and "++", further down the page.) Like "//", they all have specific, and entirely different, meanings in C++. Beyond C++ and Haskell, you'll find yet other meanings for them. SwitchingWhat betweenmakes theseC++'s languages"/sets/" ofspecial meanings doesn't seemenough to pose any significant obstacle to the many programmers who use them at the same time.avoid?
