::::::I wrote to the owner of this [http://www.hollywoodcomics.com/forest.html Jean-Claude Forest] site, who is apparently connected with the artist's estate. He says "In the French version it definitely is Durand-Durand with a "d". But the "d" is silent so it would sound just like Duran-Duran -- which it does in the movie."
