Sardo logudorese is one of the [[language|languages]] of [[Sardinia]], and it is without any doubt the most conservative of all [[Romance languages]].

[[Latin]] G- and K- before [[Sardo_logudorese/i|/i]], e/ was not palatalized in this idiom, which makes it different from all other Neo-Latin languages. Compare sardo log. kentu with Italian cento /'tSento/, Spanish /'Tjento/ and French [[Sardo_logudorese/s|/s]]ã/ (/T/ and [[Sardo_logudorese/s|/s]]/ from [[Sardo_logudorese/ts|/ts]]/).
