About "page moves" we have 2 scenarios: 1) user moves the page and then blank the redirect (misspelling? orphan?), 2) user creates a page, then blanks it and moves the content in a different page (history has not to be kept). Both cases seems appropriate for {{tl\|db-blanked}}.
